Besides, it can process the parts of which the length is up to 2500mm,the width is up to 1500mm and the range of the thickness is from 0.5mm to 2.0mm.this machine can process one part within 30 seconds to fulfill the capacity of diversified production.

Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.

Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.
