CPE Gloves are developed from PE Gloves, to satisfy some customers' requirements that they need better gloves than PE Gloves, but don't want PVC or nitrile Gloves, they are expensive and harmful to environment, then we develop the CPE Gloves, nearly same material and same application. People also call it Cast PE Gloves or Cast Poly Gloves because it use casting film machines to make it, some customers call the machine T-Die machine. They can be very thin, but can't be as thin as PE Gloves, much cheaper than PVC Gloves but expensive than PE Gloves, easy to make and can keep hands away from water, oil and dust, mainly used in food prepare, food contact, nursing, examination, garden, lab industry, but not strong enough to be used in surgical operation.
CPE Gloves also have different sizes from extra small, small, medium, large, extra large, to extra extra large sizes, and different appearance models for different customers, width is from 14cm to 26cm, length is from 26cm to 31cm. Gloves have different colors, such as transparent, white, blue, pink and black, but must use food contact master batches. Thickness are from 20 micron to 40 micron, weight is from 1. 4 gram to 3. 0 gram. Material are mainly LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, every factory's formulation is near the same. Customers are purchased them by thickness, but factories mainly calculate the cost by weight. They are packed in bags or boxes mainly, depends on customers' requirements. No latex, no nitrile, no PVC, no powered.

It is good for workers in hospitals, clinics, electronic workplaces, restaurants, hotels, catering, kitchens, food processing workshops.

Composition: CPE gloves, made of chlorinated polyethylene, is good in quality which is tough, flexible, smooth inside, easy to slip on and off, ambidextrous to fit either hand, comfortable and soft like the natural skin feeling. They are an economical replacement for latex gloves, and an ideal choice when you need much better gloves than PE gloves.
3. 3. Description: Thickness 0.01mm - 0.025mm films with embossed and smooth surface in sizes small, medium, large or X large available at the buyers' options. Usually you can get colors in white, blue, pink, brown, green, yellow, red, etc for disposable PE gloves.
