The production line usually consists of fiber openers, hopper feeder, (double cylinder)carding machine, cross lapper, needle punching machines(medium/high speed), calender machine and winding machine. Should customer has special requirements, the production line can be tailored to need.

For the production of technical nonwoven substrate felt which is used as substrate layer of asphalt felt or other underlayment material.
