Portable Uncooled LWIR 256×192/12μm Thermal Imaging Module with Ultra-compact Design
The iMC212 infrared miniature modules is built on the self-developed TIMO212 module, targeting mobile terminal applications. Integrated with an infrared ISP processing board and structural components, it supports direct output of thermal images and temperature matrices without the need for temperature calibration, significantly reducing development effort. The iMC ultra-compact module is a cost-effective and less power-hungry offering. Equipped with universal control interfaces, it simplifies the integration and development process, reducing the technical barrier of integrators to infrared thermal imaging technology.

FAQs
1. What application scenarios can plug-in thermal cameras be used in?
Smartphone-connected: Home maintenance (detecting water leaks,
electrical hotspots, or wall insulation gaps); outdoor activities
(night navigation, wildlife tracking); non-contact temperature
checks.
Laptop/tablet-connected: Nighttime monitoring (identifying
human/vehicle targets without visible light); perimeter security
for homes or small businesses.
Portable temperature screening: Fever detection in public spaces;
veterinary care (checking animal body temperature).
Connected to in-car infotainment systems: Enhancing nighttime
driving visibility (detecting pedestrians or obstacles beyond
headlight range) as a supplementary tool for ADAS (Advanced Driver
Assistance Systems).
