Packing machine:

This machine is widely used for wrapping welded pipes,semless pipes,steel pipe,copper tube,plastic pipe and other long-shaped products.

The wrapped product is well decorated,with good effect of rust-proof,dust-proof,water-proof,anti-proof and so on.

Packing machine basic operation:

Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished.

The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.

Packing machine installation main features:

1. Wrapping position reset.
2. Soft stop &soft start functions.
3. PLC programmable control.
4. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
5. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
6. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
7. Protective fence ensure safe operation.

14. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.

15. Wrapping material are compound paper tape/knit tape/anti-rust tape/waterproof tape and LLDPE stretch film.

16. Material size are width:≤250mm,Max OD:400mm and the ID:55mm.

17. The machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.
