Cautions of Hydraulic Pump Installation

1.To replace a new hydraulic pump need to change new hydraulic oil and check whether the oil pipe is smooth to avoid the entry of impurities. If the impurities (iron scrap, copper scrap) are not cleaned up in oil pipes , but enter the new pump which will cause damage to the pump.

2. And need to change Pilot filter (pilot grid), oil suction filter (copper grid), oil return filter when hydraulic pump installation.

3. During installation, the drive shaft is concentric connection with engine crankshaft through spline.

4.Hydraulic oil should be added to the pump to expel air before testing.

5.Check the patency of each oil pipe and whether there is debris in the tube.

6.When testing need to know how to adjust the capacity of the pump flow to match the engine power .

7.Mutual forces (jacking force) cannot be produced when the pump shaft and the engine flywheel are connected by a coupling.
