A: Same as other ev charging stations suppliers,normally 30%-50% deposit and balance paid off before shipment,special requirement customer please contact us for further discussion.

Q: How long is your normal delivery time?
A: 1/For stock ev charger,can arrange the shipment immediately after you confirm the order;
2/For custom AC ev charger less than 100pcs,normally 7-15 days;
3/For custom DC ev charger less than 100pcs,normally 15-25 days;

Q: Can I use my own card or app at your electric car charging stations?
A: Normally the RFID card and app have to identify our electric charger,so we will provide you 3 free RFID card for each charger.

Q:Will your electric car charger charging slower in winter?
A:The electric charging station may need a little longer warm up time before normal run,but this is very small change,it won't
influence the output power,so we can ignore this influence.

Q:Can you provide a video how to install the electric vehicle charger?
A:Yes we have the installation guide video,it's very easy and anyone who know a little about electricity safety can finish this
work,we will also be ready online to help your any possible question.

Q:How can I become your exclusive agency?
