Product Features

1. Purify formaldehyde: formaldehyde purification performance ≥80%.
2. Universal bottom surface: alkali-resistant, effectively simulates alkaline precipitation.
3. Moisture-proof and mildew-proof: mildew-proof level 0, inhibiting the growth of mold on the wall due to moisture.
4. Stain-resistant and scrub-resistant: Level I stain-resistant, washable times ≥1500 times.
5. Good covering power: can cover fine cracks; contrast ratio ≥0.93, in line with the first-class standard of interior wall paint.
6. Odor-free and environmentally friendly: formaldehyde, benzene, soluble heavy metals and other harmful substances are not detected.

Suitable for interior wall surface decoration of various buildings such as high-end residential buildings, apartments, hotels, office buildings, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, etc., recommended for wall DIY use.

Technical parameters

 Theoretical dosage: about 4-5㎡/1kg/2 times depending on the specific process. The actual construction area will vary due to different personal construction techniques and processes.
 Dilution ratio: 10%-15% of clean water can be used for dilution depending on the specific construction situation.
 Drying time: about 2 hours for surface drying; recoating time is at least 2 hours (25℃, 50% relative humidity), and low temperature can be appropriately extended.
 Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, low temperature (not less than 5℃) can be extended to obtain the ideal coating effect.
 Implementation standards: GB18582-2020 "Limits of Harmful Substances in Wall Coatings for Buildings", GB/T9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Interior Wall Coatings" first-class products.
 Product specifications: 1L/barrel (about 1.5KG/barrel).

Usage method

Construction method: rolling, spraying, brushing, etc.
Construction tools: material tray, palette knife, masking paper, short-hair roller, brush, water-based spray gun, etc.
Construction process: ①On the putty layer, roll-coat one coat of anti-alkali sealing primer and wait for it to dry;
②Roll-coat the first coat of water-based diatom paint and wait for it to dry;
During construction, the corners of the wall must be painted first. When the corners are not completely dry, a large area of rolling is carried out. It is advisable to apply the slurry evenly to the wall from the upper part to the lower part of the wall, from left to right, from inside to outside, from easy to difficult, and use a roller or spray gun to apply the slurry evenly to the wall. The force should be uniform and no coating should be missed; the brushing speed should be consistent and the force should be uniform to ensure uniform coating. When rolling, it is strictly forbidden to squeeze the roller when the roller does not absorb much material; when brushing, the number of back and forth brushing should not be too many to prevent bubbling or leaving brush marks; normal rolling construction must be rolled and collected. When recycling, the roller must be collected in the same direction, and it is strictly forbidden to roll back and forth; rollers without dead angles should be selected for rolling. Try to stay close to the edge during construction; special areas such as corners, skirtings, and gypsum ceilings can be repaired with a brush.
③ Apply water-based diatom paint for the second time during roller coating.
 Construction environment: It is not suitable to apply when the temperature is below 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80%.
 Base treatment: Clean the surface of the base to be painted before construction to ensure that the construction surface is clean, free of grease, floating dust, mold algae and other attachments; the construction surface must be flat and dry, without hollows, holes, protrusions, etc.; new base surfaces such as ash sand, plaster, cement (pH value below 10, moisture content below 10%) should be dried before construction.
 During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes according to local operating specifications.
 Before construction, stir well and use in a certain proportion. The preparation container must be clean and free of other chemical substances and debris.
 During and after construction, please use clean water to clean the equipment in time.
